Gateway Pet Guardians Online Foster Orientation
Online Course Design Example

The orientation session covers GPG’s culture, policies, and procedures; as well as how to properly handle a foster dog to make their stay in a home more comfortable for everyone. Gateway Pet Guardians Community Resource Hub
Program Management and Organizational Mentorship Example
During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Gateway Pet Guardians had the opportunity to showcase programming and processes to other nonprofits and provide mentorship and coaching. The Community Resource Portal was created to share established standard operating procedures with other organizations wishing to pursue community programming. I created all SOPs, flyers, and supporting documents within this website and provided one-on-one counseling calls to 16 nonprofits across the nation as part of this initiative.
