Project proposal outlining the development of an animal rescue database IT solution, with emphasis on scope, schedule, work breakdown structure, outsourcing, governance, e-commerce considerations, business intelligence, knowledge management, security, and ethical considerations. - Workforce Management:
Job analysis and proposal for new position in an animal welfare agency, including identification of position requirements, job description, selection process, and safeguards. - Interpersonal Management:
Final paper exploring communicative methods, interpersonal theories, and the applications of each. - Strategic Marketing:
Marketing plan for the Gateway Pet Guardians Metro East Vaccination Clinic, identifying the target market, market and industry attractiveness, demographics, purchase influence, product usage, targeting strategy, branding strategy, pricing objective, and promotion. - Management Policies:
Case study identifying three alternatives that address risky behavior in animal rescue, including alternative analysis and final recommendation.
