On Sunday, October 2, Partners for Animal Welfare helped the Animal Protective Association of Missouri (APA) at their annual Canine Carnival celebration at Tilles Park. This year, we worked the doggy games, including Kitty, Hat Trick, Ring the Bell, Steak Walk, and Speedy Dog Challenge. It was a great afternoon devoted to a wonderful cause.
